Welcome and Andean Relaxation

- Chicha Making (Ajha Wasi)
  Traditional fermentation process of the sacred corn.
- Agricultural Demonstration
  Sowing and land cultivation tasks.
- Lunch
  Nutritious local lunch.
- Donkey Ride
  Contemplative ride around the community surroundings.
- Traditional Therapies
  Traditional massages using Andean aromatic herbs.
- Dinner & Overnight
  Dinner and rest in the rural lodging.
DAY 2
Crafts, Gastronomy, and Cosmology
- Breakfast
  First meal of the day with the family.
- Textile Demonstration
  Detailed workshop on iconography and natural dyeing.
- Cooking Classes (Uchucuta)
  Preparation of the traditional Andean rocoto cream (Uchucuta).
- Lunch
  Interactive lunch with harvested goods.
- Chicha de Jora
  Tasting of the chicha prepared the previous day.
- Ancestral Games
  Walk through the community and participation in traditional playful games.
- Hike and Astronomy
  Hike to the Moray viewpoint followed by stargazing.
- Dinner & Overnight
  Dinner and a restful night at the rural lodging.

Pastoral Life and Farewell

- Animal Herding
  Accompanying families in herding sheep and llamas.
- Guinea Pig Rearing Demo
  Learning about the domestication and importance of the guinea pig in the Andes.
