These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and the booking of experiences in the Misminay Moray community. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms in full.
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the experience. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal.
2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made 15 days prior to the start of the experience are fully refundable. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior will be subject to a 50% retention penalty. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
3. ITINERARY CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to adverse weather conditions, social unrest, or force majeure events to ensure the safety of our visitors and community members.
